Modern

I am a fan of Modern Architecture, by that mean Architecture which at its time was pushing the boundaries in terms of aesthetics and use of materials. Conservative budgets and planning regimes in the United Kingdom mean Architects have rarely been given the opportunity to expand horizons. In Europe and other parts of the world however the reins have been looser, and some radical concepts have become reality.
